Talent App v1.6.0

The version 1.6.0 of the app have been submitted to the app stores

The version includes:

• Added an option to skip uploading a photo during the onboarding process
• Fixed bug that could cause the app to crash when trying to change profile picture
• Fixed issue that prevented from scrolling back up when reading a project roles information
• Updated fields in project roles criteria to match fields available in profile
